ARP ESSER Plan Information
The American Rescue Plan (ARP) is the third round of funding provided through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER). The following information is provided to explain how these funds are being utilized to support the Kiski Area School District.
ARP ESSER Homeless Children and Youth
The ARP HCY was processed by Student Services with the support of Keystone Consulting. This grant funding supports an Engagement Specialist to provide services based on student needs.
ARP ESSER ATSI 2.5%
This funding supports an additional Engagement Specialist to provide services based on student needs.
ARP ESSER 7% Set Aside
This grant funding is being utilized for salaries for after-school tutoring and interventions, Kindergarten camp, credit recovery, learning loss, and social-emotional support.
