 For every student...
A life full of promise through education.

Board of Trustees Meeting

September 2021
Dear Friends and Supporters of the Kiski Area Education Foundation,
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Kiski Area Education Foundation has decided to cancel its annual golf outing this year.  Much discussion and thought was put into this decision.  While golf courses will be open this summer, the dinner venue in an enclosed space would cause major concern.
We are also aware that our generous sponsors who have helped us in many ways over the past years may have suffered financially. We believe that at this time it would be inappropriate to request donations.
The Kiski Area Education Foundation uses the proceeds from this event to fund scholarships to Kiski Area seniors.  The Foundation will still be able to fund a limited number for 2021.  This year's seniors have missed out on many activities and events, but the scholarships are an important step in their journey into higher education.
Donations to the Foundation are always accepted and appreciated.  Should you still wish to donate to this worthwhile endeavor, please specify “student scholarships” in the memo of your check.  The address is: Kiski Area Education Foundation, 200 Poplar St. Vandergrift, Pa. 15690.
Thank you for your continued support.  We will see you next year.
