Chinese Teacher
The Kiski Area School District is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time contracted Chinese Teacher. Applicants must possess proper Pennsylvania certification (Chinese K-12 or Chinese PK-12), current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 clearances, a strong desire to work with all students and the ability to work with others in a highly collaborative environment. School Counselor (Secondary)
The Kiski Area School District is seeking qualified applicants for a full time School Counselor in our High School. Applicants must possess proper certification (School Counselor K-12 or 7-12), current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 clearances, a strong desire to work with all students and the ability to work with others in a highly collaborative environment. Teacher Substitutes
Kiski Area School District is seeking certified Substitute Teachers in all subject areas for a day-to-day substitute, building substitute, and possible long-term positions. The pay rate for day-to-day assignments is $150.00 per day, with an increase to $175.00 after 60 working days. The pay rate for emergency certified substitutes is $135.00 per day. Substitute teachers have a high probability of working as many days as desired. Kiski Area School Board of Directors reserves the right, in unique circumstances, to waive specific job requirements in the best interest of the District and compliance with the Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949, as amended.
