Distance Learning 2020 Family Information
The Kiski Area School District, along with all schools in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, faces the unprecedented challenge of continuing education for our students in a Distance Learning setting.
Our primary mission to educate all students at the highest possible level to prepare them for their future endeavors remains unchanged. The information contained in the links below highlights the information our families will need to successfully partner with us as we implement our Distance Learning model K-12.
Students with a device and internet access will need to access Skyward, Gmail and Google Classroom daily to access their learning materials and record their attendance.
Students who do not yet have electronic access will pick up their learning materials from their home school and attendance will be recorded once their completed materials are returned. This will occur on Mondays from 9am-2pm. We are currently working with families without access to devices to get this need fulfilled.
Full details are in the Daily Directions for Families during Distance Learning below. If you encounter difficulty logging into either application please contact our Help Desk at 724-845-8181 option 8. If families have questions about academics, please contact your child’s school.
